How much you sweat during exercise. Affects fluid and sodium targets.
How well you handle hot conditions. Adjusts fluid targets in heat.
Sensitivities
How sensitive your stomach is. Affects fiber and protein limits.
How your body responds to caffeine. Affects daily caffeine limits.
How long caffeine stays in your system. Typical range is 4-6 hours.
Preferences
What types of food work best for you during ultras.
Your ultra running experience. Affects target aggressiveness.
